Privacy policy

The short version

Every calculator on this site runs in your browser. The dimensions, board counts and prices you type are never sent to us and never leave your device. Close the tab and they are gone.

What we do collect

Aggregate page analytics — which pages get opened, roughly where in the world from, and which site sent you. It is counted in aggregate and is not tied to a person. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and there is nothing to log into.

If you email us, we keep that email so we can answer it.

Messages sent through the contact form (your name, email address and message) are delivered by email to the editor and used only to reply. The site itself does not store them.

Cookies

Page analytics run through Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics. Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies; we run no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Sponsored content

Some articles and vendor listings on this site are paid placements. Payment buys presence, never the page’s verdict or a vendor’s ranking, and every vendor claim is checked against the vendor’s own documentation before it is published. A sponsor never sees anything about you.
